  2. Customers must submit their warranty claims before the warranty period expires.
  3. Replacement or refund is applicable under the following conditions:
    • The product cannot be repaired within one month of reporting the issue.
    • The same issue persists after three repair attempts.
    • The Prology team determines that replacement or refund is the best solution.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse or physical impact on the product.
  • Repairs conducted by unauthorized service centers or individuals.

Important Notes:

  1. All approved warranty claims are eligible for free shipping.
  2. When returning a product for warranty service, ensure that the product and all its accessories are included and safely packed in the original packaging. Failure to include all items may result in rejection of the warranty claim.

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, accessories, and free items (if applicable).
  • For electronics, open products will only be accepted if they differ from the description or images provided on the website.

b) For returns due to a change of mind:

  • In all categories, the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, accessories, and free items (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Products

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer and is not in its original condition.
  • The product is a consumable that has been used or installed.
  • The product has a tampered or altered serial number.
  • The product is classified as hazardous goods.
  • The product falls under specific categories such as consumables, personal care, health care, and any hygiene-related items.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for COD payments, which are refunded via a bank account.
