Delivery Time
- All orders will be processed within 24 hours.
- The estimated delivery time for an order depends on several factors, including the shipping method selected and the customer’s location. In most cases, products will be delivered within 48 hours across the UAE.
- You can conveniently choose a delivery slot.
Prology will provide customers with an estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify/contact you for further processing of the delivery in a convenient way.
Tracking Information

Delivery Failure
In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier may send you an email with instructions on how to schedule a re-delivery or pick up the item at your convenience. If the item is not retrieved or re-delivered within a specified time frame, it may be returned to Prology.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they should contact Prology customer service within 14 days of receipt. Prology will replace the item or issue a refund, considering the legitimacy of the case.
